You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email hello@example.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
